Reviewed on 2007-05-23Not as powerful as I'd hoped I replaced an old 500-watt APC surge protector with this one, but it wasn't enough power for my configuration (Mac G5 and 30" monitor). I since bought the APC 750 which has been terrific. Just be aware that one 500 may not equal another 500 in practical use.
