I haven't used a better plastic guitar before. ;-) Reviewed on 2008-07-19 Alright I started playing guitar hero before rock band and i have to say i prefer the rock band guitar way over ne guitar hero guitar but i have a ps3 so i had to get this guitar to play gh3 but all in all good quality product Reviewed on 2008-04-20 Wireless Les Paul for PS3 does not work with Guitar Hero 1, 2 or Rocks the 80s when played on PS3 The PS3 Les Paul Wireless controller for Guitar Hero 3 DOES NOT WORK for any of the PS2 Guitar Hero games when played on a PS3 (i.e. - Guitar Hero 1, 2 or Rocks the 80's). In other words - you cannot play GH1, 2 or rocks the 80's on the PS3 with the PS3 wireless Les Paul controller. There is no news of a software/firmware update for PS3 that will remedy this or of porting GH1, GH2 or rocks the 80s to the PS3 so they will work properly on the PS3. Additionally the wireless Les Paul controller for PS3 lags - EVEN once the in-game audio and video lag have been properly calibrated. Reviewed on 2008-03-31 Finally... the original standalone wireless guitar for GH3 It took Red Octane to much time to get their act together and sell an unbundled Les Paul Guitar controller but they finally did. Guitar works great and I have not noticed any interference between the two guitars when playing multi-player. The addition of a second guitar makes this game even more fun. Amazon also sells this controller $10 cheaper than if you buy it directly from Red Octane. The order process through Amazon was also outstanding. I paid for two day shipping and got the controller one day after placing the order. Great work Amazon and better late than never Red Octane!
