Reviewed on 2007-06-23 When is the next production run? Great if you want a tutorial on Blue's guitar and a history of steam power in South America. I exchanged my first purchase and the replacement had the same error (is this regional or the whole run?) As I was pleased with the company's earlier titles on BEATLES' LIVERPOOL and BEATLES' HAMBURG I also am giving it 5 stars in the hope that the actual product merits it. In the meantime I'll probably keep an eye out for the CONCISE version. ************************************************************************** 3RD TIME'S THE CHARM I finally got the intended programming with my third attempt at purchasing this package. It is enjoyable enough , with a 3 & 1/2 hour tour of selected Beatles associated locations in London hosted by Richard Porter (who interestingly does Beatles' tours of London for a living.) Part of the charm of these DVD tours are the interviews with people who "were there at the time" Tom Murray photographer on the Beatles "Mad Day' photo shoots July 28th,1968, current owner of TRIDENT STUDIO peter Hughes (used by the Beatles 1968-69), David Jansen former child actor (boy Ringo meets on Thames tow-path on Thames in AHDN film) Bill Harry (Merseybeat editor long time Beatles associate ) etc. etc. I did my first Beatles "pilgrimage" to London and Liverpool in 1987 and saw only a handfull of these London sites (often through a bus window) so I enjoyed this package. Although by nature it has to be selective as to what it includes, it provides a fun basic tour , and the interviews are a plus. If your planning to do your own comprehensive walking tours of Beatles London locals you really need to seek out the book THE BEATLES' LONDON St Martin's Press 1994 by Piet Schreuders, Mark Lewisohn and Adam Smith, a London A-Z map book and a map of the London underground. This book is VERY comprehensive well illustrated and mapped to actually find the locations (remember that some locations may no longer exist 40 years on...)

Reviewed on 2007-05-30 Discs contain wrong footage Bought this yesterday. Popped disc one in the DVD player. The entire disc is an educational disk on basic blues guitar techniques. Popped in disc two into the DVD player. The entire second disk is a history of steam trains in South America. No Beatles to be found on this set at all. I'm giving 5 stars as I don't want to drag down the title as I have not see it yet. Not sure what to do at this point. The web address on the back of the DVD cover fails to connect.
