Same DVD as Before.
I have purchased The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya limited Edition vol. 1 DVD before this along with the other limited edition sets. I thought that this one was going to be the other variation in which the episodes would be arranged. The limited edition sets (with the exception of the first) had both orders of which the episodes were shown but the original broad cast version was available only in Japanese with English subtitles. I thought this re-release with the bundled cds was the order I just spoke of but English DUBBED to stop some of the hard core fans from gripping who wanted to see in that order without having to read the subtitles.I also thought the cds were a bonus for making fans re-purchase the same anime to view it in the order they wanted to see it in the first place. Its the same DVD as before but this one is the best deal since the first limited edition vol 1 didn't include the broadcast order any way and was still quite expensive compared to this. So if you do not already own the first volume at all this is the one to get and if you care what order the episodes are shown get the limited editions beyond this point to see the original broad cast version in Japanese along with the order included in all the DVDs. It doesn't really matter either way since this is a good anime regardless which order you watch it. |  |
