Reviewed on 2008-07-25GREAT ITEM, AMAZING HOLD!!!! I was very skeptical before ordering this pad, because I really couldn't believe it would hold my navigation system, but it does! It is absolutely amazing how it holds the navigation with out any movement. I drove with it on rough rodes and on the freeway and it doesn't move. Also it's very easily removable and (the pad with the system attached) goes right into the compartment between the seats. I had my previous navigation system stolen from my car so I don't want to take any chances with a new one. This is great for anyone who's worried about leaving any signs of a navigation system in their car. (Also the $12.95 is as good as it gets.)
Reviewed on 2008-07-25Great idea, doesn't work for all GPS units I purchased the TomTom 730 and set it up in the Bracketron...it sits too low! The glare is pretty significant so I have difficulty seeing the GPS unit. It would be nice if it came with a variety of heights to stick on to the unit to raise up the GPS unit so it can be tilted to reduce the glare. Overall good idea but definitely NOT for all GPS units.
