It also supports a WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) feature that combines IEEE 802.1x and PSK (Pre-Shared Key), TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol) technologies. Furthermore, this card supports WPA2 that provides a stronger encryption mechanism through AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), which is a requirement for some corporate and government users.

Reviewed on 2008-02-13 Goood flat adapter This product was easy to install. It worked the first time. I recommend it for older notebooks or new where your looking to share a 2 PCMCIA slot with another card. A thick USB card will fit on top of it.
