The Port Authority Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Card can transfer data at 480 Megabits per second, making it 40 times faster than previous USB adapters and 20% faster than Firewire. The USB card is USB-IF certified and is backwards compatible with USB 1.0 and 1.1 devices. The Port Authority Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Card includes drivers for Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Me, 98SE, 98 and Macintosh OS X.
