Underwriters Laboratory (UL) recently issued changes to its standard 943, the section containing ground fault circuit interrupter (GFIC) testing requirements. Effective January 1, 2003 all UL listed GFC's will be manufactured meeting several key new performance and self diagnostic test elements. What are the changes?.
