The PortServer II high performance communications server allows you to connect clusters of high-speed serial ports to any TCP/IP Ethernet network. It supports asynchronous terminals, modems, printers and other serial devicesThe PortServer® is a solution for console management of servers, routers, hubs, as well as serial ports on the LAN for POS/Retail, Data Collection, Process control, remote access, terminals, printers and modems. The PortServer II high performance communications server includes all of the features of the PortServer plus expandability from 16 to 64 ports, as well as extensive network management and security features. In addition, the PortServer II supports dial-up and LAN-to-LAN connections for TCP/IP remote access to your corporate LAN or the Internet over Frame Relay and analog lines. The PortServer II is available in both desktop and rack mount versions.
