This little studio is far superior to using desk lights and a large sheet of paper for the back ground. I highly recommend this if you are taking pictures of Items that are less than 1 foot long. Perfect for an e-Bay shoot.

Reviewed on 2008-05-31 Just what we wanted but know what you're getting! This was exactly what we wanted. We are Pen Manufacturers and sometimes need a quick shot of a new product, or a new package and are tired of paying 75 or 100 bucks. This box WORKS great for that, HOWEVER the lights that come with it are NOT near enough heat for the shots we need. We went to the hardware store and bought 3 big clamp-on lights with pure light bulbs. We just use these little ones to fill in a shadow here and there. For the Price, and the convenience it's a good value.

Reviewed on 2008-05-24 perfect for small items! It takes really good pictures! I'm very bad at taking pictures and my camera isn't one of those coooool ones... But I was surprised how pictures come out with this small studio set up. It took me few test shots in the beginning with those lighting and background choses, once you figure it out, rest is so easy. I bought this items to take pictures of my handmade items that I am starting to sell online. My items look very professional, no more those tacky lighting! Best part of all, it is so compact and nicely packs away when I don't need it. Super convenient for carrying around. If you are shopping for something like this, I am highly recommend this one. Just be aware of the size, it is perfect for jewelry, vase ect.. Well packaged shipping, too. Because I was very looking forward to get it, shipping felt little slow..

Reviewed on 2008-05-12 Perfect on-the-spot product shots It's pretty often that I'm asked to do a set of product shots, on-the-spot for a client. This setup is perfect for that. You need to replace the bulbs, though, since the light is rather dim.
