I bought 1 for my oldest son as his first radio. With Florida weather- he loves checking it out. In a power outage we used it to listen to our local TV channels and the weather band. Later we went back to Wal-mart and bought 3 more. We keep one in our camping gear & my husband keeps one in his work vehicle. These are great little radios for music & the TV channels. We are close to a huge city and even pick up other nearby stations. These are well worth the money. Enjoy!!!! Save your time and money...the Emerson AM/FM/TV is awful! I couldn't get AM or TV. Was able to get only a FEW FM stations, and not the ones I wanted. I live within 30 miles of a major metropolitan area, and get great reception on other radios. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage.
