FEATURES- Powershred PS-60 Personal Shredder
Designed for moderate shredding in the home/office, the Fellowes
Powershred PS-60 delivers a high level of performance and features.
This affordable, medium duty shredder reduces documents to 7/32"
strips, and shreds up to 12 sheets per pass, 25-50 times per day,
for a total daily capacity as high as 600 sheets. Unique Safety
Lock prevents the shredder from accidentally being turned on.
Equipped with a 9" front feed paper entry, the PS-60 easily accepts
standard letter or legal size documents. The durable steel cutters
also accept credit cards, staples and paper clips. Auto start/stop
feature ensures quick, easy shredder operation. Heavy duty, quiet
motor allows extended shredding cycle for less down time. Clear
window allows user to see if 6-gallon wastebasket is full and
shredder is open in back for disposal of non-shredded waste.
Recessed collapsible handle allows easy removal of shredder head
from wastebasket. Sheet capacity gauge helps prevent paper jams.
Reverse function easily removes paper jams.

Reviewed on 2008-06-24 A nice shredder for the money Well after doing some research on shredders this so far is a very nice shredder for the money....I had a good pile to shred and it went through it all pretty easy in a fast time... my xerox shredder went up over the weekend which was a good shredder also, but this Fellowes ps60 is better , its bigger, it handles more and it makes less noise...the strips it cuts are small enough for idenity theft protection and its power of med to heavy duty is enough to handle most jobs... Bottom line its a nice shredder for the money....

Reviewed on 2007-05-28 Smooth shredder This unit is great for a home office. It's more quiet than my last one and shreds stapled documents with ease. The handle at the top makes it easy to empty the waste basket below.
