Long before the age of man, the land was ruled by two warring species: the birds and the beasts. Bats, belonging to both sides but neither, refused to take up arms. The battle was long and fierce, and at its conclusion a great treaty was forged… A treaty which banished the bats from the light of day, as punishment for their lack of alliance.
Thousands of years later, a young bat by the name of Shade Silverwing has broken that treaty, invoking the wrath of power-hungry owls who banish his colony and scatter his family. Now, with the help of a few close friends, Shade must discover his true strength to overcome enemies both powerful and cruel to save the Silverwings from extinction. Come take flight alongside Shade and join the fight to bring justice back to the animal kingdom... Before war consumes them all.
