Reviewed on 2008-02-14 Awful! I thought this was the Jungle Book translated. It's NOT. The animation is ugly and the voices are annoying. Plus they don't sing and dance like in the Jungle Book. The message of this Spanish-language version is awful too. DON'T BUY IT!

Reviewed on 2007-12-31 Okay This CD is cute for children who are already fluent in Spanish. The story line is nice, as it is R.Kipling's classic story 'Jungle Book.' The CD will probably not make your child's list of favorite CDs, but will provide minor entertainment. There are no amazing graphics to report; nor is there anything genuinely interesting about this particular spin on the 'Jungle Book' tale. The video is a little flat; the animation is not spectacular or 'eye-beguling' to a child. However, it is a cartoon and kids seem to find a moment for cartoons. After 10 minutes my granddaughter lost interest, which is odd for her; she loves to watch CDs. The CD is short which is good. Overall, 'El Libro de la Selva' is just 'okay' - nothing more - nothing less.

Reviewed on 2007-10-28 Stick to the Disney version!!! THIS VERSION SUCKS!!! I'll keep this short and sweet,buy the Disney version,it costs more but well worth it!!! The prodution company of this peice of junk is named "Jetlag Produtions",how appropriate!!! Avoid this,I feel like I threw my $5.99 + tax out the window!!! I love annimation,but this is bottom-of-the-barrel stuff!!! THIS VERSION SUCKS!!!

Reviewed on 2006-02-25 I was Mislead or it was my mistake I was looking for the Jungle Book 1 by Walt disney's production. As I have Jungle book 2 in my collection, i wanted to purchase Jungle Book 1 to complete the series. Unfortunately, I got the wrong one. What I received is not a Walt Disney's production.
