Use 3-1/2" formatted diskettes to back up and store, transport and share. Diskettes increase productivity by saving 20 minutes of formatting time with each box. Diskettes exceed industry durability standard.

If the customer is archiving over years the files should be recopied every 3-5 years. A "new" diskette is not required to replace the existing one. Copying and re-writing re-establishes the files and refreshes the magnetic field. It is important when doing this to make certain the drive is clean.
