Battery too tight
Can't believe this. I ordered 2 of the Kodak DLK-8000 Equivalent Li-on Batteries for my Kodak Z812IS. So far the battery is working great and lasting a good amount of time BUT the battery is so tight in the camera I cannot remove it without using a pair of pliers!!
At first I thought I had it in wrong but it was the correct insert just super, super tight. I asked my son to look at it and even he could not remove it. Don't know how this will fare if I have to carry pliers around with the camera as you never know when a battery will die on you.
Really makes it a problem...thus the lower rating for the product. |

didn't last
I bought these batteries when I bought my new camera. After the first charge they worked about two weeks (which is great after using regular AA batteries). Once they ran down though I have not been able to get them to re-charge. So I only got about two weeks use out of them. I don't know if it is the batteries or the charger. I am very dissapointed!! |

I hate Amazon
The battery That Amazons site lead me to did not fit the Camera Amazon sold me. When I tried to call email customer service. The email would not take my order number, and would not give me a way to get through. I call their 800 number, waited a long time and hung up. Be sure not to trust Amazon to offer assesories that fit what you are buying. I am still trying to find the right battery. I should have bought locally. |

Digital Camera Battery
Accurate and prompt shipment of rechargable battery for Kodak Z712 digital camera. Would hope it lasts for a good amount of time. |

It appears to be an exact replacement at a much lower price. Only time will tell if it is the same quality. |
