Reviewed on 2008-07-26 Avoid this one... I purchased this DVD player less than 6 months ago from Target. About a week ago, I noticed it would just freeze up to where I had to actually UNPLUG IT to start over and try playing the movie again (even the power button wouldn't work). Now, after about 5 minutes, it simply freezes -and that's it. I guess DVD players are just another one of those mass produced/cheaply made products (it was cheap to buy too, so I guess that goes to show you what you get for your money)that don't last. I've heard from others that their newer DVD players stop after less than a year too - regardless of cost. At this point, I'm just going to use our laptop to view movies, as this is my SECOND DVD player in less than two years -and the heck if I'm gonna shell out over $300 for blu-ray....
