Customer ReviewsReviewed on 2008-04-19 Well worth it This is enough points for 2-3 Xbox Live Arcade games or an Xbox Classic game. Either way, it's an excellent deal. Xbox Live Arcade games range from ported classics like Pac-Man to new casual games like Puzzle Quest to online-enabled classics like Doom and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, to a few games that could have been released on their own, like Gripshift. There's also the video marketplace, which has tons of movies and TV shows. | | Reviewed on 2008-04-17 1600 points! If you need points to buy games, gamer pics, themes, or movies through marketplace, you will need Microsoft points.
This card for 1600 points is $20.00 worth of points, so you save a penny!
Most people buy their points online through the marketplace, but these make great gifts for the Xbox 360 Game fan who you are not quite sure what to buy them. | | Reviewed on 2008-02-29 Received the Microsoft Points Amazon definitely did a good job delivering the Microsoft Points right to my house. I received it not too long ago and the card works (which is really important, of course).
What I REALLY like about the Microsoft Points cards is how Microsoft changed them. Before, you used to have to SCRATCH a section of the card with a coin to see the code (which risked scratching the code also and making it unreadable) but now, they put some type of glue on the back of the card and it is pasted to the back of the box that the card is in. Obviously the glue I'm talking about ISN'T the sticky kind. You just pull the card right off the package and the code is right there in the back of the card (without that scratch stuff on it).
Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase and how Microsoft listened to us about the "scratch off code" issue and changed their cards so we didn't risk scratching the code and making it unreadable.
THANK YOU AMAZON AND GOOD JOB MICROSOFT! | | Reviewed on 2008-02-15 New cards do not have scratch-off? I just received my points in an order from amazon, and it seems that it doesn't have the scratch-off portion anymore (so no worrying about scratching off the code like I had on a previous card)
Worked fine! | | Reviewed on 2008-02-06 No deal? What can be said about points? It's virtual money. It would be nice if you could get a price break when you buy lots of points. But there is a 1:1 ratio no matter how many points you buy. | |
