Reviewed on 2008-07-01 FANATSTIC SET! ONE OF GEORGE'S BEST! Watching these shows now after his untimely death, I appreciate them even more. Not only are they funny, they are completely engrossing as you watch a master at work! This is a great set! One of his best and most daring. Like a fine wine, George got better with age. 71 is too young to die and he had so much more to say. R.I.P. George You will be missed.

Reviewed on 2008-06-25 Another Dead Hero When Carlin hits the stage it's always magic. He can do or say no wrong, IMO. You Are All Diseased is one of my all time favorites. If you're just getting into Carlin...this is a good place to start. R.I.P. George....You will missed :(

Reviewed on 2008-03-01 Carlin Is Mesmerizing George Carlin has been a long time favorite of mine. I think that he is simply one of the greatest comedians in the world. (Just so you get a glimpse of my taste: I'm also a huge admirer of Steven Wright, Peter Cook and the Monty Python team.) So it's no surprise that I find "You Are All Diseased" a completely hysterical experience. Mr. Carlin has a great advantage: his voice in itself is funny. And being the mature, wise master that he is, he knows how to use it. Not to mention his facial expressions and body language. His performance is breathtakingly mesmerizing from start to finish. There's not one frame of the entire footage that is not interesting. George Carlin is a true comedy genious. One may not necessarily agree with absolutely everything he says. For example I would never pick up food from the floor and eat it, plus I'm a gigantic Steely Dan fan. But it simply doesn't matter: you still laugh because you're watching an incredible comedian being utterly hilarious. Mr. Carlin knows that it's not enough to tell it like it is. That's journalism. He is a comedian. He has to be funny. And funny he is. Always. Miklos Galla, Hungary

Reviewed on 2007-08-05 He Says It Like It Is! I've been a fan of George Carlin since the mid-70's. I love this dvd and of course George being George. He says it like it is.....and he will forget more than most will ever come to know. There isn't a day in my life that when some little thought or scenario takes place, I think of him and his awesome sense of humor towards life itself.
