One module does not work
I bought this product and when I installed I realized that one of the module did not worked. I want to return it, and I do not know to whom I need to talk.!!!!!!

Great Memory Kit
Bought this kit (OCZ 2GB 800MHZ DDR2) from Circut City last month to boost my Alienware PC memory from 2gb to 4gb. It was easy to install only took less than 5 minutes. Running Vista 32 bit OS, it didn't recognize the whole 4 gb only 3gb. Not to worry. The new SP1 for Vista fixed that. Now it say I have 4gb or memory installed on my PC.
My PC is running so much faster now. I can play Crysis at the highest setting with little or no lag time (execpt for the end, you Crysis players know what I mean). Everything just seems to start and be faster. My Microsoft rating in now 5.9 out of 6.0. pretty good if you ask me.
I did spend a little more than the price quoted here on Amazon.

Not a lot of documentation on this one...
Like another reviewer posted, I bought this RAM and found that my PC would POST with no problems, but wouldn't proceed into either the BIOS setup or into Windows.
Through a bit of research, I found that my board supports 1.8v and the RAM is 2.1v. Once I overclocked the RAM, it works beautifully.
It would have been nice to know this ahead of time, as it wasn't even on the packaging that the RAM came in. | |
