The Seal & Store Rotary Grater is the easy, convenient way to grate and store your favorite cheeses. Grate half a block of Parmesan and save the rest for later -- a layer of silicone seals the Grater so you can store cheese inside safely. An additional cap on the barrel compartment ensures a complete seal so your cheese will not dry out. Grate with the cap on to collect cheese before serving, or remove the cap and grate directly into your dish. The soft, comfortable rotating knob and a soft, non-slip handle and is perfect for grating cheese, chocolate, nuts and more.
