ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
OnAir Solution warrants to the end user that the OnAir tuner product is free from defects in material and workmanship in the course of normal and reasonable use for a term of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to OnAir Solution family of tuner products and any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither OnAir Solution, nor AutumnWave, nor any authorized distributor or reseller is responsible for any incidental damage incurred in the use of this product (this limitation of incidental or consequential damage does not apply where prohibited by law).
OnAir Solution's obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction, or failure caused as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with other than the factory-provided power supply, use with faulty equipment, or use of the product with any equipment for which it was not intended.
The terms of this warranty apply to the OnAir Solution family of tuner products. To file a warranty claim, first obtain a valid RMA number from AutumnWave. You will need a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain an RMA number. Product received by AutumnWave without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Product returned without a copy of the original invoice will be refused and returned at sender's expense.
