Reviewed on 2008-06-10 Avoid This Printer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased this printer more than a year ago, and am very disappointed. The print quality for photos is awful, it jams frequently, and the ink is so...expensive to replace. I am planning to just get rid of it. My inkjet does a superior job compared to this laser. I have had the inkjet 5 years, and it is amazing ! HP Desk Jet!

Reviewed on 2008-06-04 great if it worked - horrible support great idea, lots of problems with various toner error messages right out of the box, paper feed problems, and bad, rude customer support. I would avoid this product, it could cause you a lot of headaches and downtime despite it seeming like a good deal

Reviewed on 2008-06-03 NETWORK Scanning! I couldn't believe it had built in network scanning! For a home/small office this is great! You put in your stack of papers in the ADF and choose Scan to Network. Then simply pick which machine you want it to go to and BAM! that is where it saves the pdf or tiff to. This type of feature is not usually available in these all-in-one printers. Everything else works great also.

Reviewed on 2008-06-03 Fantastic Money Saver! Will have this for a long time! Office wend Green! I have now had this printer for about 4 months and have saved over $800 in my normal printing needs! I am in the Real Estate Industry and printing ads, flyers and promo material was getting expensive! I purchased this printer due to the many great reviews and I am in love with it! The toner drums are GREAT! I would personally buy them from "LD Products" as you save tons! OEM refills run over $200 for all 4 and LD sells them usually with shipping for under $100. So far same results as oem in respect to color, clarity and life. Good size also. This machine has enabled me to become about 98% paperless too! (I know....Paperless with a printer? What do you mean?) ALL of my listing agreements, contracts, lease's, applications, everything I deal with is scanned in wirelessly and converted to PDF all with the INCLUDED SOFTWARE! ZERO COMPLAINTS!

Reviewed on 2008-03-31 very bad machine!!! after reading all the reviews about this thing and I still went ahead I bought it!!!,( big dummy ). terrible machine it jams all the time and when it finally prints you get all kinds of terrible ckacking noises in the process, I would not recommed this product to anyone ( unless you do what I did; ignore all the bad reviews and try it for yourself ) but be prepared to get frustated.
