Reviewed on 2008-07-02 Decent speaker stands These speaker stands work great-- i have them on wood floors (didn't use the spikes that came with it). They are just the perfect height I was looking for and are an improvement of having my speakers on the floor. I would recommend this product. |

Reviewed on 2008-06-16 Good Stand, Great Price Going from 5.1 to 7.1, I needed to get an extra pair of stands. I have a pair of 24" Sanus I bought 7 years ago for my B&W 601's and have been very pleased. I needed taller stands for the side surrounds and since these are basically the same as my 24" stands, this was the set I needed. However when I started reading reviews about the assembly and splitting of the stand I began to wonder what is so different, because I don't recall my 24" assembly being any problem. The reason I didn't recall is because assembly is indeed easy on this set. All you need a screw driver. People having problems with this are obviously doing something wrong. Assembly tips: Put the spikes in first, (I was able to do it by hand) Start the 4 screws in the bottom base (not all the way) but just enough so a little bit sticks out far enough to align them to the holes in the pillars, Align the pillar holes on top of the screws then hand tighten. repeat for the top. I had these stands assembled in minutes without any splitting or problems. They will hold a pair of B&W 656 just fine and for the Amazon price you can't beat it. |

Reviewed on 2008-06-14 Good quality, great price. I am very happy with the Sanus speaker stands. The box arrived pretty beat up, and with one wire cover missing. But everything was in good shape, and Sanus sent us out a replacement for the missing part very quickly. |

Reviewed on 2008-05-27 Decent Speaker Stands These do the job, just take care when putting together. I can see why others have had problems, but if you take your time you shouldn't have a problem. The foot print is kinda big, but not a deal breaker. You don't have to use the foot pins if you have hard wood floors. |
