This water-based, 2-part epoxy provides the toughest garage floor protection in 1 coat. This epoxy is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to provide superior durability. It beautifies and protects with a durable clear finish that protects against damage from hot tires, gasoline, oil, scuffs, wear, and tear. Do not apply this product over sealed surfaces. Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete surfaces to cure before painting. Clean and etch new or bare concrete with Bond-Lok cleaner. 1 kit covers approximately 250 sq. ft. Dries to the touch in 8 to 12 hours, wait 12 to 24 hours for light foot traffic, 72 hours for automobile traffic. Clean up with warm, soapy water. Kit contains: Part A and B (1 gallon equivalent), 1 gallon Bond-Lok cleaner, 1 How To DVD, and 1 stir stick.
