I am using it to hold a 20"LCD in the kitchen and I needed something that would hang down under a cabinet and would permit 180 degree rotation. This unit fills the bill nicely. I was very surprised to see that IT DOES NOT FLIPS 90 degrees. I am giving 1 star, because there is not a zero available. Reviewed on 2007-05-13 BEWARE! The first reviewer is correct. This mount does NOT flip down 90 degrees (as described inaccurately by Amazon), but only adjusts 30 degrees, so you cannot flip it up to hide your LCD TV under a counter. Reviewed on 2006-11-09 LCD Wall Mount The product is well made and sold for a respectable price but I was dissapointed to find out that it really isn't a "flip down" mount that can be mounted on the ceiling or in a undercabinet situation as was in my case. In fact the mount is relly a "swing" mount that only has about 30-45 degrees of swing movement. Check the specs closely if you're looking to buy this. I didn't.
