magic!!
As a newcomer to the Whoniverse, I had, um, low expectations. My then-boyfriend, now-husband told me that he loved the old series - men in rubber suits and all. The show has come a long way. Of the first three seasons, I think the second one is the strongest. There's chemistry between David and Billie, and it carries through to their characters. For those who don't love sci-fi, don't worry; the best episodes are about people and show off the talents of the writers and actors equally. Highly recommended. | |
