REally good - even for beginners.
I have really enjoyed the yoga exercises - they truly are targeted at the beginner or 'Yoga for the rest of us'...the non-Yoga fanatics wanting to benefit from Yoga moves in our homes without enrolling in classes. For the not so lean, not so fit and not so young
This DVD is a great yoga video for older adults. You don't have to see very young slim people doing yoga. This is is real people doing regular yoga poses and modified yoga poses. Peggy Cappy is a wonderful teacher. | | Reviewed on 2007-05-13
Getting back to fitness

The DVD shows how to perform very simple yoga moves that anyone can do. There is little or no mind/body connection essential to true yoga practice. Yipee for this Yoga tape!
For anyone who is just starting to learn Yoga this tape is a must. I am a 54 year old woman that has excercised for 30 years and cannot continue due to arthritis. I am not able to do other types of Yoga due to my lack of flexibility. This tape allows me to do this with the assistance of the chair. I would highly recommend this tape for anyone who is interested in learning Yoga but can't accomplish the moves with the traditional method. Buy it, you will love it. | |
