Q: This is my last resort - I have tried every number I can think of and nothing seems to work. I must have lost my order number. Can anyone manually search through the millions of order Antonline receives looking for my order? I understand this may not be possible.
A: We can try, but this is a long shot and we won't get back to you if we can't find it. Enter all the info you can about your order. We will try to find it manually, and get back to you in a few days if we find any info. We have the same order look-up tools we have provided to you, so if you can't find your own order, we might not be able to either.

Q: What constitutes a volume quote?
A: Usually a volume quote would be 100+ units of the same inexpensive item (less than $100) or 10+ of a very expensive item (more than $1000).

Q: How much can I save on a volume quote?
A: All antonline products are priced at wholesale levels (most at 1% over cost) and many are promotional or closeout items sold at or below cost. No discount is possible for most items - regardless of quantity purchased. Most commonly, shipping cost can be reduced by 25% to 50% on volume purchases. This is normally the only discount possible. If no discount is possible, we will not reply to quote request.

Q: When can a server specialist call me to discuss options or help with quote?
A: An Atlanta based server specialist will call you M-F, 9:00 AM - 5PM, Eastern Standard Time.

Q: Can I request a custom server configuration not found on the website?
A: All of the most common and best selling server configurations are listed on Antonline.com in the server section. More that 1000 base model custom servers are available with more than 1,000,000 different possible custom server configurations. All have been thoroughly tested to insure perfect operation. Usually even the most discriminating customer can find a online configuration that meets their needs. That said, when we receive a special request - such as adding a new PCI card to a specific server, we try to accommodate if possible. Additionally, for volume server purchases (50 + units), new base server configs can be generated.
