Shipping Information

The shipping process is fully robotic and orders are normally pulled and shipped quickly in 7 different warehouses across the US and then dropped in sealed USPS, UPS and FedEx containers for pick-up on the next business day. High volume or backordered items may have additional shipping delays. Once pulled, orders cannot be stopped, however you can return orders for refund unopened if you have changed your mind. Tracking normally is sent / updated within 48 hours of pick-up. Delivery is normally 3-10 business days after leaving the warehouse, however carrier delays may occur. Shipping may take longer in rural areas, due to carrier delay, weather or acts of God. Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days and have no pickup, movement or delivery.

Covid 19 Update — We have seen slowdowns and backlogs in package pickup, sorting, scanning and delivery by UPS, Fedex and USPS caused by worker shortages and facilities disruption due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Designed primarily for students, this portable yet durable Chromebook system features 32GB of built-in eMMC solid-state storage with a 1.1 GHz Intel Celeron N4500 Dual-Core processor and 4GB of memory to run a variety of Google Play Store and web-based applications.

The 11.6" Vertical Alignment (VA) touchscreen display supports a 1366 x 768 resolution and is driven by integrated Intel UHD graphics to provide crisp, high-quality HD photos, videos, and documents. Its built-in 802.11ax Wi-Fi support allows you to connect to compatible high-speed networks to video chat using the 720p webcam, view photos, and quickly transfer files. The dual USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C ports can transfer video, audio, power, and up to 5 Gb/s of data with compatible peripherals such as monitors and external storage drives. Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports are also available. With its rugged design, this laptop can withstand minor drops and spills. Other convenient features include a microSD card reader, 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth connectivity. Also, its 2-cell 47.6Wh battery is designed to power the laptop for up to 12.5 hours between charges. The Chromebook 11 G9 EE comes with Chrome OS pre-installed.
